Service Description: The Vector Fills service is polygon area fills, i.e. the green national forest areas, blue water areas, etc. The Fills have been split into separate services: TNM_Fills_Small, which is tiled for the small scales, down through 1:72,000; and TNM_Fills_Large, which is dynamic and covers scales 1:36,000 and larger.
